Hi,
This is how to reset the Content Advisor http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Content-Advisor-Password-in-Internet-Explorer
(or http://snipurl.com/27qd95 )
But I have a sneaking suspicion that you wont be permitted to enter Regedit to make the change needed.
I think if that were in the shop I would first try to boot to Safe Mode / Administrator's account and create a new User with full Admin rights (not "limited") - though I again suspect that the computer is set up such that you can't do that either. Or I would attempt to boot from a Win XP disk and go into Admin there and create a new account.
BUT I would bet a dollar to a doughnut that the Admin account will be password protected... SO then I would boot with a special password removal disk. I use the one from this link: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
Good luck.

I was told that this computer was wiped clean by our local university. $50 to buy it $50 for it to be "wiped clean". Turns out , it was not wiped clean, and I can see no evidence that it even came from a university, unless it came from a student who had it as a personal desk top. Maybe it was a quick way to turn a buck for the person who sold it. Anyway, I have it now at no cost so far, and have found that when I open up Internet Explorer, it goes to MSN home page automatically, and you can't go any where from there. If you try to go anywhere else, a window indicating "Content Advisor will not allow you to see this Web site." and "this page may contain some or all of the following" and "this page does not have a rating" pops up in the same window.
